Level: Advanced Rope - Rope 3
Some of you remember our wonderful teacher Ms. Alli Bundy, she is returing to the studio this August to lead an advanced rope workshop! Her workshop will focus on beats, breakbeats, back dives, with a teensy hint of c shaping. I encourage everyone who wants to further their rope training and their mastery over beats to take this workshop.
Pre-reqs would be: inverting multiple times in the air, comfortable with basic beats, can breakbeat climb (at least once, can be low) on each side.
