Follow these easy steps:
1. How do I cancel my membership online?
To cancel online, log into your account at www.momence.com using a web browser or open the Momence app. Go to your Profile → My Membership → Click on Membership → Cancel Renewal to cancel your membership.
2. Can I transfer, upgrade, or downgrade my membership online?
Yes! Log into your Momence account through a web browser or the app. Navigate to Profile → My Membership → Click on Membership → Transfer Subscription to upgrade or downgrade to a different plan.
3. Is there a notice period for canceling my membership?
Yes. Please cancel online at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
4. Can I cancel my membership by email instead?
Yes. If you prefer, you can email info@aerialdragonsstudios.com with your cancellation request at least 7 days before your billing date.
5. Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?
No. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

Go to your Profile → My Membership
Click on your current membership
Select "Transfer Subscription" and choose your upgraded membership
