A peek into Olympus...
The gods are in therapy, and the tea is divine. What happens when Zeus, Medusa, and Ares trade lightning bolts and battle cries for confession couches and therapy chairs? Our original circus production, MythDiagnosis, peeks behind the curtain of Olympus, revealing the hidden struggles of mythology’s most famous figures.
Zeus wrestles with his temper, Medusa longs to be understood, and Ares, the mighty God of War, might just prefer show tunes to sword fights.
MythDiagnosis blends high-flying aerial acts, comedy, and myth-sized drama into an unforgettable night of circus theater. You can catch two shows on Friday, November 21st, and Saturday, November 22nd, at 7 pm. Expect daring performances, clever storytelling, and plenty of laughs as even the gods learn that sometimes, the hardest battles are the ones within.
A tale for the ages...
Step into a world where creativity has vanished and Olympus itself begins to fade. Guided by the Fates and the Oracle's prophecy, nine daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne must journey through trials with gods and goddesses to reclaim the spark of inspiration. From grief to laughter, from rhythm to stars, each quest reveals a Muse whose gift has the power to restore art, song, and imagination to mortals and gods alike.
This original production brings Greek mythology to life through the talents of Tampa’s next generation of performers. Featuring youth aerialists, dancers, and acrobats from Aerial Dragons Studios, Mythos of the Muses blends breathtaking aerial acts, dynamic choreography, and heartfelt storytelling into an unforgettable afternoon of magic, movement, and myth.
